I'm sitting on a 2Mb uncapped with Mweb, and most of the time it's pretty fast I often get pretty close to 100 performance of the line for downloads (which is around 220 KB/s, if we account for overheads).

The service was always great, however now they are trying to make more money out of people by forcing them to upgrade or take the unthrottle package R1000 p/m.
